3RD CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE 100M+
We are recruiting a passionate and experienced 3rd Chef/Chef di Partie to join a 100m+ vessel based on a 3.1 rotation with a salary of 5,500€.
The vessel is predominately Mediterranean based. We are interested in candidates with at least 1 year's experience on a 90m+ vessel, longevity is important, along with a strong culinary background.
As the 3rd Chef you will be responsible for:
- Management of crew food menu plans and cooking for Crew.
- Management of stock rotation of all the food & organising the stores and keeping them in order, very clean and tidy.
- Management of daily & weekly, monthly Cleaning Schedules.
- Assisting with guest breakfast.
- Assisting with guest pastry & breads.
Working alongside established and very experienced Head and Sous Chef.

Leave: 3:1 rotation
Salary: 5,500 Euros pm
