We are seeking a Service Stewardess to join a busy, dual season 85m+ charter MY currently cruising the Caribbean.
You will part of an established, highly skilled and cohesive service team, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded, and maintaining high standards of service throughout the yacht.
The team is dynamic and diverse, providing a fun and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- You must be skilled and passionate about cocktail preparation as the yacht has a busy functional bar onboard.
- Strong service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years yachting experience in high-end luxury service, with excellent mixology skills; floristry or event experience is a bonus.
- B1/B2 visa is required for this role.
- No visible tattoos

Salary: DOE/USD + equal share of tips
Leave: 3:1 rotation
