We are looking for a Rotational Sole Chef to join a 45m private MY based in the Med.

The owners enjoy all types of cuisines and are willing to try various foods within their dietary requirements.
9 crew, 2-8 guests

We are looking for:

Exceptional culinary skills
A strong culinary career in high-end; restaurants, hotels, Cheffing for Private HNWI
At least 1 season's experience on a 30m+
A passion for healthy cuisine
Experience/knowledge in a diabetic diet
Glowing references

A 3 day trial will be completed either on the boat or at the owners residence so candidates who are located within UK/Europe area will take priority.
