ROTATIONAL LEAD SERVICE (HOS) 120M+ MY
We are currently seeking a highly competent Lead Service for a dual-season private 120m+ MY. The vessel is currently located in Europe, preparing for the upcoming Mediterranean season. The itinerary for late 2025 will be a dual season further afield (TBC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7 Service Stews, ensuring high standards of service are met at all times.
- Oversee all aspects of service, ensuring the highest quality experience for the owners and guests.
- Provide excellent fine dining service, alongside wine and cocktail knowledge.
- Train, mentor, and develop the service team to maintain exceptional standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience as Lead Service/HOS on a 90m+ yacht.
- Candidates with Chief Stew experience on a 60m+, coupled with prior experience on a 100m+ yacht, will also be considered.
- Exceptional service skills, including experience in fine dining, wine knowledge, and cocktails.
- WSET Level 2 certification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training and mentoring service staff.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
