We are seeking an Interior Manager/Purser for a busy, dual season private/charter program. This is a BUSY charter program so would suit someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced operation, with very high standards.
You would lead the Interior team of 5, with the support of a Chief Stew. You will also be responsible for some of the Purser duties onboard which are shared between the Chief Officer, Captain and Interior Manager/Purser.
A very admin and logistics heavy role:
- Planning / writing itineraries
- Must have excellent restaurant and activity knowledge
- Be able to control things on the ground whilst onboard and running service, Voly accounting, WorkRest, Travel and immigration, provisioning, shipyard management, inventories, crew management, SOP’s
- Also very guest facing during trips and required to assist in service when required. Although largely office based, you will build a good rapport with the guests
We are looking for:
- 8+ years industry experience
- 2 years+ as Chief Stew/IM on 60m+
- Strong Admin skills, ideally with some experience in the Purser duties outlined above.
- Purser Course advantageous
- B1/B2 visa ideally or someone who has availability to get one before mid-Jan
