ROTATIONAL OWNERS CHEF 100M+ MY
We are seeking an experienced Owner's Chef for a 100m+ private MY who will be part of the owners team, predominantly cooking onboard, however expected to travel with the owner to their international residences.
We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years experience in the industry, with some 80m+ experience. Along with a solid restaurant background and Culinary training. This would suit a Head Chef from a smaller vessel 60m+, or an experienced Sous Chef from 90m+ who is ready for a new challenge.
The owner prefers western style cuisine but with the ability to also cook international styles too.
Start date: 4th January 2025
Leave: 2:2 rotation
Salary: 7,000-7500 USD + (DOE)
