DECKHAND 90M+ MY
We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand for a busy 90-meter+ dual-season private/charter yacht. This vessel is currently in the Caribbean completing the season over the next month and early April is scheduled to cross to the Med. The successful candidate will join on 1st April. B1 visa required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all deck duties including maintenance, exterior cleaning, and tender operations.
- Ensure the yacht is presented to the highest standards for guests and owners.
- Maintain safety and security standards at all times while on deck.
- Involvement in Watersports programme
- Guest interaction
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year yacht experience.
- Previous experience on yachts 60m+ preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a busy dual-season schedule.
Benefits:
- Salary: $3800 USD/month + charter tips
- Leave: 3:1 rotation.
