2nd Officer 80m (2:2)

2ND OFFICER 80M NEW BUILD (2:2):

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Officer to join an 80m new build in June. The vessel is due for delivery in April 2025 and will initially be running a private, Med based program. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate between bridge officer and deck officer roles.
- Handle navigation, passage planning, chart and publication management.
- Supervise and manage the deck crew to ensure smooth operations.
- Compile deck worklists, inventories, and manage stock control.
- Participate in shipyard and project management.
- Liaise with guests and manage water sports operations.
- Assist with survey and audit preparations.
- Perform security officer and safety officer duties, including drills and crew training.
- Contribute to deck maintenance tasks, with emphasis on varnish work and extended experience in a bosun role.
- Oversee helicopter operations as needed.

Candidate Requirements: 
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience as an Officer on vessels over 50 meters in length.
- OOW 3000 CoC
- RH Marine Type Specific ECDIS Training
- Advantageous Certifications: HLO/HDA, SSO, Advanced Firefighting, B1/B2, PWC Instructor.
- Highly professional with a proven track record of longevity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

Package:
- Salary: €5,500 – €7,000 per month (DOE).
- Leave: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off rotation.
- Accommodation: Shared cabin.
